It is hard to put examples of my experience using Salesforce considering the IP of any workplace. The best thing to know about how I used this, is that it saved a lot of other people time and effort. I could create templates, reports, data insights and lists for other staff to use so they could get information themselves. Teach people to fish rather than give them the fish.
